Single Family/Duplex Dwelling — New — New Construction Single Family Dwelling - Drive Under Zoning has approved with conditions: 1. Must move the soil back and build the retaining as shown on the attached site plan for lot #108. 2. The retaining may be omitted for the tree on lot # 109 as long as the imported soil is not move any closer to the TPB. 3. Proceed with grading the pond side of the TPB in order to eliminate standing water and provide for sheet flow to the pond. 4. All work to be supervised by a Certified Arborist to ensued that no adverse impact to the grand trees.
