Building Commercial — New — The project is for the construction of a new single-story building of approximately 11,700 square feet to be used as an 11-Treatment Room Freestanding Emergency Department, and will operate as a satellite department of the Trident Regional Medical Center. This emergency department includes a waiting area, exam rooms, trauma, lab, nurse station, restrooms and associated spaces. This project includes two covered entry canopies, one for emergency vehicle access and one for public drop off. There are separate enclosures on site for the generator and dumpster.
