(HR) The Sharon - Apartment 1403N - This project is renovation of an existing Independent Living R-2 Apartment 1403N in the North Terrace building. It is not located in the DHSR portion of the site. Work will be Isolated to the specific apartment on the specified floor. The Resident Apartment will be renovated to update the space for a new resident. Existing finishes to be removed along with selected interior non-load bearing walls as required for new Resident Apartment layout. New work includes new plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinets, doors and finishes.
