(HR-MF) The Regent at Eastover UNIT 401 - (HR-MF) The Regent at Eastover UNIT 401 Add ATS and electrical panels inside 8 units per Electrical.The project scope includes the installation of eight generators that will provide emergency stand-by power for eight residences at The Regent at Eastover condominium building. The generators will be located on the roof. The generators will be natural gas fueled units and will supply automatic transfer switches located in each of the eight residences. The automatic transfer switches will allow selected loads within the eight residences to be supplied with emergency power and will also be provided with load shedding capabilities to ensure each generator is not overloaded. The transfer switch will change the transformer voltage from 240v to the building voltage 208v. Generators are to be provided for Units: 105, 106, 401, 403, 502, 503, 602, 604.
