FUMEE UPTOWN - Work will be performed in an existing restaurant, with the existing kitchen and existing equipment to remain as is (no work in kitchen). Scope includes cleaning existing flooring, painting existing walls and existing ceiling, replacing existing light fixtures, and installing five new light fixtures on existing circuits. Existing exterior light fixtures will be replaced. Additionally, the existing exterior of the building will be cleaned and painted no plumbing or mechanical work will be performed.
