GIDDY GOAT SOUTH END - Renovation of existing building for a new commercial kitchen, cafe, and coffee roasting area. A new two story terrace is being proposed for outdoor seating which would include a new steel structure and stairs. Civil work is limited to new sidewalks, accessible ramp and landscaping.
