Crowder Construction Expansion - The proposed addition is to an existing construction office headquarters as well as partial interior renovation of the existing building. The 4,130 sf addition will include two offices, a breakroom, restrooms, and a large conference room. The area of renovation in the existing building is approximately 1,530 sf and includes renovation of finishes in the lobby, restrooms, breakroom, and conference room.
