Crossings at Quail Hollow-Apartment Fire Rebuild Unit G - UNIT G -Crossings at Quail Hollow-Apartment Fire Rebuild - Structural Repair Main Bldg - 3 Story R2 type VB structure built in 1983 had a fire on a top floor unit. the 2 units below sustained significant water damage, Trusses and Roof received significant damage and will be demolished and replaced. there are 4 units per floor the top floor units also received significant water damage and all gypsum materials have been removed. Thus 6 apartment units, roof trusses and roofing will be replaced, along with structural and railing of the one deck where the fire started and the outdoor deck below. Structural is engaged fully in the process.
