(HR) The Sharon - Apartment 462W/464W - project is renovation of the existing Independent Living R-2 Apartment 462W and 464W in the West Tower building. The units are being combined into a single, larger unit and maintaining the existing entrance through 462W. It is not located in the DHSR portion of the site. Work will be Isolated to the specific apartment on the specified floor. The Resident Apartment will be renovated to update the space for a new resident. Existing finishes to be removed along with selected interior non-load bearing walls as required for new Resident Apartment layout. New work includes new plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinets, doors and finishes.
