LdC CLT UNITED LLC Dance Studio - Scope of project is to subdivide 2 suites in an existing shell building into 4 separate dance studio rooms. The rooms will be divided with floor to deck partition walls that utilize metal studs, gypsum board and a variety of acoustical treatments/products. Life safety plans will be included, ADA requirements will be met and all utilities will be brought up to code requirements per our occupancy.
