CMS - SOUTH MECKLENBURG HS-Partial Replacement Ph 3 - CAFETERIA EXPANSION (BLDG F) As described in the Preliminary Review; the primary part of this project is the partial replacement High School at approximately 138,000 SF. There are three phases of demolition for the overall project. Other portions of the Building Project include renovation of all of the athletic outbuildings (shown separately on the square footage list) - Press Box, Concessions, Field House, Ticket Booth Building; New Concessions and Dug Outs; There is also a 3,900 SF addition to the existing Cafeteria / Dining Space. Separate permit applications may be required for work in various locations and various phases, this will be done at the time of plan review and permit application - currently we want to get the entire project under one OnSchedule Review.
