(MF-1B) Golden Green Hotel - FLOOR 3 ONLY - OTHER FLOORS TO HAVE OWN PERMIT - Demolish fire damage rooms and hallway. Restore and rebuild entire existing 3rd floor fire damaged and affected hotel guest rooms per NCEBC. No changes to the floor layout and structural system. Retore hotel guest rooms #211, #215 and #415 Replace fire damaged windows and glazing. Simply replacing any parts/portions of the electrical systems (i.e. lighting, receptacles, switches, etc.) that were damaged by the fire.Replacing the Corridor lighting on the Third Floor with new LED fixtures and will thereby be reducing the electrical load on that floor. Electrical Reviewer requested that we note how much the load will be reduced on the drawings. On the affected floor, we will have to replace the exposed Non-metallic-sheathed cable (NMSC) with MC type cable. We will specify on the electrical drawings that any damaged receptacles or receptacles that have to be replaced will be replaced with Arc-fault type receptacles. Electrical Reviewer confirmed that we will not have to replace any existing receptacles that are not required to be replaced.The existing fire alarm system will remain. Any damaged devices/circuiting will be replaced with new devices/circuiting. Repairing the chiller, chilled water pump, expansion tank, and water makeup equipment to the chilled water system. Replacing the fan coil units in the affected hotel rooms and reusing the existing chilled water piping.Ventilation air will be provided via operable windows. We?ll need to provide the natural ventilation calculations for operable windows. Repairing/replacing the building water heater and associated domestic water pumping system. Replacing restroom fixtures in the affected areas.
