Relocation of an existing thermostat and air device. Reuse ductwork & existing air device, repair insulation & vapor barrier, reuse existing variable air volume boxes. Extend sanitary line under floor to existing sanitary piping, provide floor drain, extend water heater T&P valve outlet to floor drain, provide air gap, extend cold water line to existing cold water piping & connect. Install in-sink-erator and instantaneous water heater.
