(HR) RXO 5,6,9 - Interior Renovation - Second gen renovation on the 5th, 6th and 9th floors (suites: 500, 600 & 900). Phased construction will be broken up by floors. Scope includes demolition of walls, ceilings and furniture systems to accommodate new offices and support spaces. All other spaces are existing to remain. New and relocated electrical to accommodate new layout. New/reused lighting in areas of work. Modification of existing system to accommodate new office layout. Sprinkler alterations as needed. Addition of (2) new unisex restrooms on floors 5 & 6, as well as plumbing modifications in existing break rooms.
