Replace failing refrigeration equipment, (both interior equipment located in the equipment mezzanine and exterior equipment, supported on the roof by steel dunnage) with modern more efficient equipment.2. Refeed the refrigerant piping serving the existing sales area produce cases, from the new system.3. Remove the existing ice machine from the produce prep area that is no longer being used.4. Miscellaneous Architectural and Structural scope associated with the refrigeration equipment (new and future) replacement and provisions for future equipment installation on the equipment mezzanine and roof which will be submitted under a separate permit upon the completion of this project.
