Reformation - Tenant improvement project to an existing space for a new tenant (retail clothing store). Work to include: installation of new interior partitions, finishes, fixtures, furniture, casework, and millwork; installation of interior mall storefront and door; new storefront with structural steel framing as required; analyze existing roof for one (1) new air handler; design and detailing of support (and reinforcing if required).
