Ikea #067 Upfit - This is a showroom upfit and involves replacement of existing cabinetry and countertops, repainting of walls, installation of new flooring and repositioning of existing overhead plug-in electrical connections. It is purely cosmetic scope, scheduled as a six week project. Electrical lighting and receptacles repositioned with pre-wired and plugged whips that plug into the overhead suspended grid system.
