The Park at Caterina - The Statement of Accessibility Compliance chart must be updated due to the cost of the new exterior ADA entrance in relation to the overall construction costs. This has allowed the client to forgo modifying the existing restroom layout for ADA compliance. The Appendix B Statement of Accessibility Compliance chart will be revised to reflect that the restroom layout will no longer be altered to meet ADA standards. All sheets showing an ADA-compliant restroom layout will be updated to reflect the existing layout. Additionally, the toilet accessory schedule will be adjusted to include the new plumbing accessories the client will be installing, such as an ADA-compliant hi-lo water fountain, ADA-compliant countertop, and plumbing fixtures.
