(MF-3A) The Barton South - SHELL/CORE - The construction of a 140 unit multi-family affordable apartment building with 42 one bedroom units, 66 two bedroom units, and 32 three bedroom units. 14 units will be Type A units with the remainder being Type B units. The one bedroom units will each have a full bathroom and kitchen. The two and three bedroom units will each have two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The building will be a four story building of Type IIIA construction with open corridors and stairs and with a full NFPA 13 sprinkler system. The exterior materials will be brick, split face CMU veneer, and fiber cement siding and panels. The structure will have three 3500 lb elevators, each able to accommodate a stretcher. Prior to the commencement of the construction of the new building, all site structures, pavements, utilities, landscaping, etc. shall be demolished.
