McAlpine Creek WWMF Nutrient Harvesting Facility - Construction of a new Nutrient Harvesting Facility (NHF), new centrate pump station, new centrate equalization basin, and modifications to existing facilities to support the new infrastructure. The proposed NHF consists of a pre-engineered metal building to house an Ostara Pearl? Reactor, associated product processing (classification, drying, storage, etc.), chemical feed, electrical room, and control room. The centrate pumps station will be a pre-cast circular concrete pump station to convey centrate to the equalization basins. The new centrate equalization basins will mix and store centrate ahead of feed to the NHF. Modifications to existing facilities include piping modifications within the Sludge Thickening/Dewatering Complex to convey centrate to the new centrate pump station and demolition of a chemical storage and feed system.
