(HR) AH LCH Bed Capacity Increase - The full demolition and renovation of eleven (11) non-patient rooms to convert to ten (10) licensed bed patient rooms and one (1) observation room. Work will be completed in two (2) phases; Phase 1 will consist of Levels 8 and 10 with two (2) new patient rooms on each level with renovations to existing family lounges and classroom, totaling 6,073 sf for all project scope. Phase 2A will consist of Level 5 with two (2) new patient rooms and one (1) observation room. Phase 2B will consist of Level 5 with four (4) new patient rooms.
