(HR) Hilton Charlotte Uptown Renovations - Scope includes minor renovations and partial finish refreshing of guest room bathrooms on the 21st and 22nd floors. 17 bathrooms on the 21st floor get a new shower unit in place of the existing tub, along with select new finishes and shower accessories. 1 bathroom on both the 21st floor and 22nd floor get select new finishes and shower accessories. Only architectural and plumbing trades are affected. Structural, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Electrical are existing to remain and shall be undisturbed during construction.
