Okuma RTAP - The floor plan has been updated to reflect an entry vestibule and canopy to match the design of their existing facilities, updated break room millwork and layout based on actual owner equipment needs, and relocation of a drinking fountain and shop sinks/EWC to be further from electrical equipment. Revisions also include mechanical, electrical, and structural coordination with final Clean Room design. Revised sheets include updated plans, elevations, sections, and details. The increased cost to the original permit is $85,000.
