CAT- Power Systems - Existing office building and existing construction storage supply. CAT Power systems will continue to utilize the office portion for offices, the existing warehouse will become a repair shop for their power systems division. Office building is partially sprinklered so sprinklers will be added to bring the building back to compliance. Only a few improvements will be made such as changing out finishes and adding some private offices. The warehouse portion will add two drive-in ramps, wash bay area, redo the gang restrooms. The site will have the parking reworked along the office area of the building as most employees would enter there. An area adjacent to the building will have a new lay down area for equipment. The existing dock area will have a new ramp installed with less slope for fork trucks entering and exiting the building.
