The Park at Caterina - The expansion of the fitness center has been eliminated from scope, and the renovation of the restrooms to be made ADA compliant has been added into scope. The Appendix B Statement of Accessibility Compliance chart will be revised to reflect these changes. All sheets showing a non ADA-compliant restroom layout will be updated to reflect the renovation scope. These modifications to the layout will take place on Architectural and MEP drawings.
