The Park at Caterina - We are increasing the size of the existing fitness room and business center. The exterior portion of the renovation includes the removal of a trellis. The existing restrooms will remain, but will be renovated to increase their accessibility. The electrical work will be in response to the renovated floor plans. The existing hot water heater is too large, and will be replaced with a smaller, wall mounted unit. We will be installing a new accessible water fountain, upgrading restroom plumbing fixtures, adding a new sink in the business center countertop, and installing a mop sink in the janitor's closet.
