Phase 1 Express Bays, Phase 2 Showroom / Service drive. - Phase2 -SHOWROOM SERVICE DRIVE ADDITION - This project will be a partial demolition of the existing building, the conversion of a portion of the existing showroom into additional repair service area, the addition of a new showroom which includes a second floor with administrative spaces, the addition of a new service drive the additional of new repair service bays, and the addition of a new detached car wash building. The additions and renovations will also require a partial renovation to the existing parking lot.
