Upfit consists of demo and renovate interior spaces to provide new spaces for Higher Ed programs, Cosmetology, Barbering, Massage and Esthetics. New design spaces include classrooms, faculty offices, breakrooms, single use restrooms, and support spaces. Structural design will include roof penetration for new RTU, floor penetration for new duct system, and new exterior vestibule.
