(HR) 3WFC 8 Floor Lobby Reno - The project is an interior remodel of Elevator Lobbies on Floors 35,9,11,25,26,27,28,29 of 3 Wells Fargo Center Building. Each floor will have it's on permit application to allow for separate CO. The scope of work on all floors will be the same. Demolition will include demo of existing wall, floor, and ceiling finishes/lighting, and demolition of existing Elevator Lobby Doors. New work will include installation of new Smoke Rated glazed storefront doors & sidelights, new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and new lighting. Lobby layout & configuration will remain as currently exists. No other work will occur on these floors.
