Matthews UMC Chancel Renovations - The work consists of renovation and accessibility improvement of the chancel are of the sanctuary which includes demolition of existing platform and rebuilding with metal studs and concrete infill where needed, adding a ramp, stairs and communion railing. Interior finished include wood flooring, wood paneling, rubber base, wood trim, wall paint, and wood/glass and metal railings. Demolition of existing platform electrical floor boxes and addition of new floor boxes and convenience outlets in chancel area.
