(HR) Fifth Third Charlotte - 7th Floor - Scope of Work to include interior alteration of 7th floor of existing office building. Existing building use and construction type to remain as is. No exterior modifications are proposed as part of this project. Existing elevator shafts and stairwells to remain as is.Architectural construction activities to include: selective demolition of existing interior conditions including non-loadbearing partitions; new interior; openings; floor and wall fixtures; reconfiguration of existing ceilings and new ceilings/fixtures; installation of new furniture/furniture systems; installation of floor/wall finishes. Ratings of existing partitions to be maintained.Electrical Scope of Work Description:Provide new electrical power devices and lighting fixtures and controls throughout the renovated areas. Devices to include receptacles, switching, data ports, and fire alarm devices.Mechanical Scope of Work Description:Relocate and re-zone renovated areas utilizing existing HVAC terminal units. Install new air devices as necessary. Temperature controls and existing BAS system to remain.Plumbing Scope of Work Description:Remove existing plumbing rough-in locations where previous equipment has been removed. Provide new plumbing to owner provided equipment-ice maker, coffee maker, etc.
