We are constructing a temporary loading dock that will serve as the soiled loading dock during our main construction activities of the loading dock expansion and renovation. The purpose of the temporary loading dock is to ensure that the day to day operations of Atrium's loading dock on the main campus are not interrupted and can operate at full capacity during construction. The temporary loading dock is an engineered system provided by a company called Dockzilla. The reason for permitting is because the Dockzilla structure will be in place longer than 6 months.
