COVERED PORCH AND BATH ADDITION - No Review Bldg PermitTo the rear only (not going any wider than existing footprint of the house) I am adding a covered porch (no electrical/intend to put a string of simple interior christmas lights w/ solar pad) and heated bathroom accessible from the master bedroom. Dimensions of the covered porch will be 14 by 17 feet and the bathroom will be 10 by 9.5 feet. No heritage trees on front of the house and 1 rear corner parcel heritage tree way out of the range and protected. Project is far from rear easement allowance (in fact there is already a concrete patio in approx. space).
