4728 West Blvd Facility Renovation - The suite required an upgrade to an utility tranformer. Duke energy took power off the building 12/8 for a trough and meter replacement. That work is complete. This permit is to allow a stand alone inspection of the new trough so we can put power back on the existing tenants.
