RV-469091-002 - The project now incorporates a 24" light gauge-framed raised floor, designed to minimize plumbing penetrations on the existing post-tension slab and relocate the penetrations to clear zones within the tenant space, away from post-tension cables. Additional scope items include a new ramp at the tenant???s patio area, within the lease line, and two new stairs to accommodate the raised floor design. Exit #1, originally an existing storefront door, has now been relocated to the far-right storefront panel in order to provide the required ramp length. As a result, the banquettes along the planned-east side have been shortened to accommodate this door shift and door clearance.The dining and restroom layout remain the same, and the kitchen layout remains largely unchanged, with a few exceptions:1. The sandwich prep station located south of the Cold Prep area has been removed to allow staff to egress through Exits #1 and #2 as required.2. The water heater in the Ware Wash area is now relocated to south of the mop sink and allowing ADA access to the Ware Wash stations.3. The storage racks to the left of the Operations Room have been removed to make space for the installation of a transformer and its disconnect panel.
